Every Sunday evening in July, join us for a concert at 6pm at John Calvin Presbyterian Church highlighting local musicians. There are no cover charges or tickets, but your welcome donations help to fund future concerts.

Summer Music Opportunities 2022

SUMMER MUSIC OPPORTUNITIES! 

An Evening of Sight-Reading 

 June 28th and July 26th from 5:30-7pm

Intended for choral singers with some music fluency, the last Tuesday of June and July will be a time for people to get together and read through some of our choral
 

Conducting Clinic 

July 6, 13, and 20 from 6-7pm

In a 3-week masterclass setting intended for those with some music literacy, learn the basic gestures of conducting and choose a piece from the choral or handbell library to prepare. Those who enjoy it may find themselves on the podium this fall! Please let Kelly know of your interest

by July 1.

Handbell Choir 

July 13th, 20th, 27th and Aug 7th

If you are interested in participating in a summer handbell choir, please let Sam know by July 1st.  Rehearsals will take place in July  at 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM for participation in August 7th service.

Small Group or Solo Involvement 

Sunday 

Do you have a piece of music that you’d like to share with the congregation? Let us know! We are always looking for individuals and small groups to share their talents during the prelude or offertory.
